Job Summary: The Apprentice will support departmental activities, developing practical skills and professional knowledge under supervision, contributing to daily operations. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to information flow and internal service The Apprentice will assist departmental activities, developing practical skills and professional knowledge while completing the theoretical training component of the apprenticeship program. The role involves direct supervision, contributing to the department’s daily routine and ensuring document organization and information flow. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in organizing physical and digital documents. * Perform filing, updating, and control of spreadsheets and administrative records. * Support internal service activities, including in-person, telephone, or email assistance. * Assist in completing forms, reports, and internal controls. * Provide support for departmental routines as required. * Support updating internal systems and databases. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in high school. **Additional Information** Company work schedule: 3 times per week \- 08:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 17:00 (depending on department) SENAI course schedule: 2 times per week \- Afternoon session Founded in 1985 in Ouro Verde de Goiás by brothers José Ricardo and Wilson de Oliveira, Rancheiro began with Rancheiro Coffee (roasted and ground) and quickly gained regional prominence. The entire biscuit line is free from animal-derived ingredients, catering to vegan diets, lactose intolerance, and APLV restrictions. With strong retail presence and a focus on quality, Rancheiro has established itself as a recognized brand in coffee and biscuits, supported by employees, customers, and suppliers.
