Our story continues, and we are ready to create moments that transform and impact people’s lives—fostering connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor the condominium operating budget (OPEX); * Monitor and validate condominium expense allocations, ensuring correct distribution of costs among tenants (based on criteria such as square meters, ideal share, consumption, etc.); * Support the preparation and annual budget review, grounded in historical data, active contracts, and projected adjustments; * Manage and monitor service contracts (facilities) from a financial perspective, ensuring compliance with contracted values and scheduled adjustments; * Validate supplier meter readings and invoices; * Monitor recurring expense flows (electricity, water, maintenance, security), proposing cost optimization initiatives; * Support analysis of utility consumption (utilities), identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction; * Prepare and consolidate financial management reports, providing analytical insights for decision-making (actual vs. budgeted); **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in financial control, budgeting, or condominium operations; * Knowledge of budgetary analysis (budget vs. actual) and cost control; * Familiarity with condominium expense allocation methods and facilities service contracts; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel (data control, consolidation, and analysis); * Basic understanding of financial indicators (KPIs); **Additional Information** **What We Offer You** * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Transportation Allowance/Parking; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub; * Birthday Day Off; * Wellz; * Saber Online (internal learning platform). **Work Location:** Parque Shopping Belém **Work Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off We exist to connect people with what matters—serving and delighting every day, and creating moments that transform.
