Job Summary: The Young Apprentice will handle baggage receipt, sorting, handling, and dispatch, developing behavioral and operational skills in a dynamic work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, responsibility, and proactivity Description: * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Organized and detail-oriented; * Proactive and eager to learn. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal standing posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and sweeping to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac.
