We are seeking a Hospital Audit Analyst to join our team and contribute to the quality, compliance, and financial sustainability of our clinical processes. Responsibilities: Perform concurrent and retrospective audits, reviewing the entire medical record during and after hospitalization; Conduct comprehensive review of hospital billing accounts; Identify inconsistencies or inappropriate charges; Actively participate in the billing phase; Identify documentation failures; Investigate potential claim denials. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Postgraduate degree in AUDITING. Knowledge of supplementary health and public health legislation; Familiarity with Brazilian coding systems: Brasindice Simpro, TUSS, AMB, SIGTAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
