Participation in improving teaching quality **TEACHING INSTRUCTOR (HOURLY) \- ELECTROTECHNICS \- 244** **Job Description:** Deliver theoretical and practical content in Electrotechnics according to the course level (introductory, qualification, or advanced), in compliance with course plans and institutional guidelines of SENAI. Engage in the training and professional qualification of youth and adults, promoting the development of technical, behavioral, and occupational safety competencies. Plan lessons and practical activities aligned with SENAI curricula and methodologies; Guide students in executing projects and activities in laboratories/workshops, ensuring compliance with safety regulations; Evaluate student performance, recording attendance, grades, and pedagogical observations in the academic system; Maintain equipment, tools, and materials used in classes; Contribute to updating teaching materials and course plans; Participate in pedagogical meetings and institutional initiatives aimed at improving teaching quality; Promote professional and civic attitudes consistent with SENAI values; Support the integration of theory and practice, encouraging problem-solving **Requirements:** Technical education in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Electroelectronics, or a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Proficiency in technological tools applied to teaching is desirable; Skills and willingness to work with active methodologies and competence-based learning are desirable; Professional experience in the electrical/industrial field is desirable; Knowledge of residential electrical installations, electrical control systems, electrical machines, automation, and technical standards; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; Availability for regional travel; Driver's license category B. **Minimum Education Level:** Technical Education **Work Schedule:** : Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts as per callouts; **Benefits:** Meal Voucher / Food Voucher Discounts on Institution Courses Transportation Voucher *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
