Public service and incident reporting * **Access control (entry and exit):** Register and authorize visitors, employees, and service providers. * **Personnel identification:** Request identification documents, ID badges, or authorizations. * **Environment monitoring:** Observe suspicious activities and safeguard site security. * **Visitor registration:** Complete manual logs or computerized systems. * **Vehicle control:** Record license plates, entry/exit times, and verify authorizations. * **Public service:** Guide visitors and direct them to the correct destination. * **Asset protection:** Prevent damage, theft, or unauthorized access. * **Incident reporting:** Report irregularities to supervisors or the security team. * **Compliance with internal regulations:** Adhere to company or condominium rules.
