Driven by major challenges, we have developed a platform to facilitate control and optimize management from initial stages through project completion. **// General Responsibilities:** * Plan and control inputs according to the requirements of the responsible department; * Fulfill internal and external requests and needs, ensuring delivery within compliance; * Analyze purchasing, storage, and material handling processes; * Analyze negotiation and cost-reduction processes with suppliers — conducting competitive analysis regarding optimal pricing, product/service quality, payment terms, delivery timelines, and maintenance; * Ensure all processes are documented and reported via the system; * Perform purchase, delivery, and service provision follow-up based on reports extracted from the system; * Suggest and map implementation of improvements in procurement processes, adhering to pre-established safety and compliance rules. **// Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Major in Business Administration, Logistics, Process Engineering or Procurement, Methods Organization; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Experience with ERP systems — SAP, among others; * Solid experience in procurement and purchasing areas — contract management, spot purchases, supply chain.
