Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the operation of school maintenance and renovation activities, managing suppliers and budgets to advance public education. By transforming education, we transform lives and Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Mission Will Be:** * Oversee and ensure the operation of school maintenance and renovation activities; * Monitor and guide corrective maintenance at schools, including validation and alignment of technical scopes; * Monitor the handling of service requests from schools (planned and emergency); * Supplier and contract management; * Budget management and control for schools; * Plan and control annual school budgets; * Geographic focus primarily on schools in the interior of Paraná State \- Cascavel, as well as Curitiba, conducting routine visits to these units; * Preparation of operational maintenance reports; * Development of construction and maintenance schedules; **Requirements and Qualifications** **To take on this challenge, you must have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Availability for travel; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Ability to interpret and verify project documentation against execution; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Ability to organize demands and controls; * Analytical capability; * Driver's License \- Category B **Additional Information** **Advantages (You’ll stand out if you have):** * Experience with **building maintenance routines**; * Prior experience in **construction project management**; * Experience in **supplier management**.
