We seek a professional with solid knowledge of product procurement processes and planning, experience negotiating with suppliers, contract management, reimbursement processing, and margin composition. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct inventory and in-transit order analysis; * Assess supplier purchase needs to prevent stockouts and overstocking; * Conduct negotiations to ensure profitable margins; * Align delivery and payment information for orders across departments, avoiding inconsistencies in receipt records and cash flow; * Issue purchase orders, analyzing product- and supplier-specific requirements, and perform periodic maintenance to keep physical inventory updated; * Evaluate and monitor actions related to funds allocated to registered suppliers; * Ensure reimbursements and margin adjustments per agreements made with suppliers; * Control bonuses and discounts granted, as well as execute purchases of promotional items and other necessary expenses; * Coordinate and develop procurement buyers and procurement assistants; * Assign tasks, monitor goals, and provide feedback; * Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, sales, and inventory teams. #### **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Production Engineering, or related fields**; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Ability to work effectively in high-demand environments; * Experience with **centralized** or **decentralized procurement**; * Familiarity with **procurement policies** and internal customer support; * Experience in **quotation, negotiation, supplier qualification, and supplier management processes**. #### **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria; * Basic food basket; * Christmas bonus voucher; * Mobility allowance; * Total Pass; * Psychological support service; * EBD Store
