This position ensures timely and effective resolve of IT issues across the organization with a central focus on Global Research and Development business unit. This role combines hands\-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving continuous improvement in support processes, team performance, and customer satisfaction. What do we expect from you? **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; * Advanced English (ability to read, write, and engage confidently in conversations ); * Extensive experience in end\-user support, both on\-site and remote, using remote access tools; * Solid knowledge of corporate IT support systems and networks; * Experience partnering with regional and global teams; * ServiceNow, Oracle NetSuite, MS Office Suite, Active Directory/DRA, Intune; * SLA, Help Desk System; * Operating Systems: Windows XP / 7 / 10 / 11, Home, Professional, Enterprise; * TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH; * AWS, SharePoint, Citrix, RDC; * Fortinet, Fortigate, Aruba, Switches, Routers, Firewall, Wi\-Fi; * MIMECAST, SOPHOS, Rapid7; * SQL Server – Scripts, Backup, Restore; * MDM iOS and Android; * Lansweeper electronic equipment inventory. **Desirable:** * Technology certifications such as CompTIA\+ and Microsoft Suite; * Experience with SaaS, SSO, and other highly managed infrastructure environments; * Basic to intermediate level Spanish is an advantage. \#LI\-POST
