




Job Summary: The intern will be involved in the development, assembly, and validation of test systems for reliability characterization of power semiconductor devices. Key Highlights: 1. Support for the electrical and electronic design of test systems 2. Participation in system assembly and integration 3. Assistance in implementing monitoring and control routines The intern will be involved in the development, assembly, and validation of test systems dedicated to reliability characterization of power semiconductor devices. Key responsibilities include: 1) H3TRB (High Humidity High Temperature Reverse Bias) System Development \- Support the electrical and electronic design of the H3TRB system, including requirement definition, component selection, and schematic development. \- Participate in system assembly, including wiring, sensor integration, power modules, and control units. \- Assist in implementing monitoring routines for reverse voltage, leakage current, and environmental parameters (temperature and humidity). \- Contribute to preliminary testing, calibration, and functional validation of the system. 2) Power Cycling System Development \- Collaborate on the design of a power cycling system for evaluating thermal and electrical degradation of power devices. \- Assist in assembling switching circuits, gate drivers, heating modules, and thermal sensors. \- Support the development of power cycling control algorithms, including thermal profile definition and monitoring of critical parameters. \- Participate in system instrumentation, including data acquisition, integration with measurement systems, and signal analysis.
