Opportunity for PhDs, Masters, or Specialists The Amazonas University Center\- Unama Ananindeua, located at BR\-316 Highway, KM 03 S/N, Coqueiro District, Ananindeua \- PA, hereby announces to all interested parties that applications are open for the faculty selection process aimed at filling teaching positions. **Requirements:** Applicants must possess: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; and a Doctorate, Master's, or Specialist title. **Programs:** The following programs are available for faculty selection: * CIVIL ENGINEERING: CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR CONCRETE AND MORTAR **Selection Process:** Lattes Curriculum analysis will serve as an eliminatory stage, evaluating the following criteria: a) Academic background; b) Scientific, technological, artistic, or cultural production; c) Professional updating; d) Teaching experience. Additionally, the selection process will include: I) A written examination on a relevant topic related to the subject matter, comprising one question addressing general knowledge and two questions focusing on specific knowledge; II) A didactic\-pedagogical evaluation consisting of a 20-minute expository lecture. For assessment purposes, candidates will be informed in advance of the specific topics selected from the course syllabus for the evaluation. The didactic\-pedagogical examination and interview are classification-based. Only those who meet the minimum requirements established during the Lattes Curriculum evaluation, following the interview, will proceed to this phase.
