




Job Summary: Responsible for serving customers, advising on repair services, managing quotations and orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in technical assistance and parts. A culture that values proactivity, creativity, and continuous learning Deliver excellent customer service by advising customers on required vehicle repair services, contributing to the revenue and productivity of the technical assistance and parts department, and meeting established and agreed-upon deadlines. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and serve customers, handle phone calls and corporate WhatsApp, and schedule appointments when necessary. * Analyze external customers’ needs, prepare quotations, and follow up on order issuance. * Check customer registration data and update it when necessary. * Suggest parts that operate together with those requested, clarifying their functionality, features, and payment terms. * Perform the reception checklist according to the manufacturer’s service standards. * Ensure that all services with deadlines exceeding 30 days have the deadline extension agreement signed by the customer. * Provide interior vehicle protection.
