In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our controls and monitoring supplier delivery deadlines, serving as a fundamental support for the operational efficiency of our team. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (in Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields); * **Excel:** Proficient knowledge of the tool (essential for independent updating and management of spreadsheets); * **Profile:** Early-career professional focused on professional development; * **Preferred:** Prior experience or knowledge in administrative routines and environments will be considered a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Data Management:** Independently populate, update, and manage departmental control spreadsheets and reports; * **Order Follow-up:** Proactively contact suppliers to monitor delivery deadlines and service workflows; * **KPI Support:** Assist in maintaining administrative controls and completing area KPIs; * **Document Organization:** Organize, archive, and verify documents, invoices, and purchase orders; * **Operational Routine:** Provide general support for daily tasks of the Purchasing and Supply Chain team. **What we seek in you:** * Impeccable organization and rigorous attention to detail; * Strong analytical ability to handle numbers and deadlines; * Proactivity and effective communication skills to align requirements with suppliers and internal teams.
