If you seek a solid company with strong growth and investment in your future, submit your resume for this position. **Join BRN in building the future!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather and analyze system requirements in collaboration with business areas. * Configure and customize the ERP according to internal rules and policies. * Provide user support by resolving questions, errors, and inconsistencies. * Develop and maintain integrations between the ERP and external systems (e.g., CRM, banks, external platforms). * Document processes, system workflows, and operational manuals. * Support implementation projects for new ERP modules or functionalities. * Conduct testing and user acceptance for updates or improvements. * Prepare reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and availability for decision-making. * Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for end users. * Coordinate with the ERP vendor—including opening and tracking technical tickets, submitting enhancement requests, and aligning on the product roadmap. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Experience with ERP systems (Mega ERP or similar preferred); * Knowledge of integrations via API, TXT/CSV/XML files, or ETL; * Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI); * Desired knowledge of financial, accounting, tax, procurement, and commercial processes (optional). **Additional Information** Maternity/Paternity Kit Health Insurance Bonus (year-end performance-based) Life Insurance Meal Voucher BRN Partner Discounts About BRN: Building Dreams, Transforming Regions With a strong presence across inland São Paulo, BRN stands out through strategic developments in over 47 cities.
