Identification and definition of customizations Are you ready to hit the road, share knowledge, and deploy our software nationwide? ?✈️ * Willingness to travel frequently. **Description** Implement the VS\|OPME ERP system at client sites, including business process assessment and mapping, system configuration, setup, training, and consultative support. Guide clients throughout the entire implementation process—identifying needs, proposing improvements, and aligning business routines with system functionalities. Support customization definition, project tracking, documentation of implementation phases, and delivery quality assurance—enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Implement enterprise ERP systems at client sites; * Conduct business process and rule assessments and mapping, and configure and set up the system according to identified requirements; * Provide consulting and training on data entry, business processes, and system usage—guiding end users and promoting correct adoption of the solution. * Identify, analyze, and define customization requirements in collaboration with clients, aligning operational routines with VIMAN Sistemas’ solutions; * Document implementation phases, track projects, participate in alignment meetings, and contribute to meeting deadlines, ensuring delivery quality and continuous process improvement.
