Job Summary: The Machine Design Draftsperson will interpret requirements, draw parts and assemblies using CAD software, detail components, generate technical documentation, and review designs. Ensure project reliability and durability. **MACHINE DESIGN DRAFTSPERSON** São Carlos\-SP **Responsibilities:** * Interpret customer requirements and technical specifications to transform needs into machine designs; * Draw parts, assembly line components, and special equipment for industrial assembly, testing, or welding processes using CAD software – Solid Edge – Solid Works; * Detail mechanical components and assemblies, specifying materials, tolerances, and surface finishes; * Generate comprehensive technical documentation (parts lists, manuals, assembly instructions); * Review and update designs based on feedback from engineering, production, or customers. * Design customized solutions: adapt machines or create new designs per individual orders; * Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet deadlines; * Support prototype development and testing to validate performance of designed machines; * Record parameters and versions to facilitate future replication or modifications; * Support rapid customization: adjust existing designs for different customers or applications; * Apply technical and safety standards (ABNT, ISO, NRs) in designs; * Consider ergonomics and maintainability during machine design; * Ensure design reliability and durability, minimizing operational failures; * Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and customers to align expectations and solutions; * Communicate changes and improvements clearly and with proper documentation. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical courses in mechanical design, Mechanical Technical Drafting, Mechanical Design Drafting, Mechanical Manufacturing Technician, Mechanical Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; * Experience with CAD/CAE software SolidEdge or Solidworks; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Driver's license category B and willingness to travel occasionally; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: Negotiable Benefits: Copayment-based Unimed health plan, dental plan, meal voucher, on-site meals.
