**Onet Brasil currently has openings for Electromechanical Refrigeration Technicians in the São Paulo-SP region.** The professional will be responsible for carrying out electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical maintenance activities, ensuring the full operation of building systems and equipment in accordance with established quality and safety standards. Therefore, these openings are also available to **People with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities:** **Electrical Maintenance:** * Install, inspect, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low- and medium-voltage electrical systems; * Identify and repair faults in circuits, panels, distribution boards, circuit breakers, and cables; * Conduct continuity, insulation, and grounding tests on electrical installations; * Replace electrical components (outlets, switches, relays, fuses, contactors). **Mechanical Maintenance:** * Repair and adjust motors, pumps, fans, exhaust systems, pressurization systems, and building equipment; * Perform alignment, lubrication, and replacement of mechanical parts; * Support the installation of electromechanical machinery and equipment; * Inspect and correct **ventilation, air conditioning, and exhaust systems**, performing interventions as needed. **Integrated Electromechanical Activities:** * Maintain **control panels**; * Perform maintenance on **uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, voltage stabilizers, and emergency lighting**; * Monitor and record readings from electrical and mechanical systems to prevent failures; * Assist in calibration and functional testing of equipment; * Complete **service orders and technical reports** after activity execution; * Support the **identification of required materials and parts** for service execution. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in **Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering**; * Prior experience in building maintenance or electromechanical maintenance; * Knowledge of **air conditioning, pressurization, and exhaust systems** is considered an advantage; * Technical, proactive profile with commitment to safety and delivery quality.
