Our mission is to ensure implementation of the Collections and Credit Recovery Policy, establishing a structured process for collecting overdue payments, managing authority levels, defining rules and discount limits for debt regularization, assigning responsibilities and delegating authority, segregating functions, and ensuring effective controls that enable compliance with organizational guidelines. Work model: Hybrid \- 2 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist I \- Pricing and Collections, you will work within the Retail PJ Management \- Pricing Strategy team, with the following main activities: * Identify primary or secondary data sources required for analyzing opportunities to reduce delinquency; * Determine necessary data for collection and inclusion in BI, identifying optimal methods for organizing and storing renegotiation-related information; * Conduct analysis of delinquency curves, gathering relevant information and organizing it logically and functionally; * Analyze and identify opportunities within PJ collections frameworks, renegotiation policies, and third-party commission structures; * Generate and analyze results using statistical techniques, providing progress reports—whether regarding regulatory impacts or performance analysis (quality and productivity); * Identify, analyze, and interpret data to extract patterns and trends, making them visible and understandable, highlighting pathways and solutions to potential issues, among others. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in quantitative fields, technology, or related areas; * Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python; * Knowledge of Databricks; * Intermediate-level proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
