At our core, we foster a diverse and inclusive environment where passionate people, driven by our purpose of enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future, grow together daily, act with ownership, and work with excellence. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Safeguard fixed and variable costs while consistently pursuing high-quality performance at optimal cost. * Proactively identify and engage in improvement opportunities to ensure high levels of logistical efficiency. * Support partners in meeting transportation contract performance requirements. * Drive and ensure prerequisites for optimal vehicle utilization, enhancing productivity across the supply chain. * Ensure adherence to Circuit and Inbound execution, focusing on project advancement. * Schedule and ensure vehicle positioning at Units according to dock availability, maintaining operational flow. * Monitor delivery deadlines to sustain customer satisfaction. * Maintain excellence in fulfilling agreed-upon scheduling commitments with key customers. * Act proactively and serve as custodian of Continuous Improvement frameworks and documentation for audits. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Goal Tracking * Continuous Improvement * Basic PDCA Concepts * Routine Management and Follow\-up * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Proficiency in Office tools * Familiarity with AI tools
