FROM WORDS TO ACTION Main Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing correspondence; Assist in packaging merchandise; Assist in restocking merchandise; Assist in product returns; Customer service; Mailbag control; Receive and send documents; Answer phone calls and receive general visitors; File documents; Keep departmental reports up to date; Maintain order and organization within departments.
