Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA program leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills for strategic, global, and multicultural programs. Key Highlights: 1. Experience leading SAP S/4HANA programs at regional/global level 2. Proven track record in executive stakeholder management 3. Strong leadership and communication skills * Experience leading SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP programs at regional or global level. * Proven track record in executive *stakeholder* management, sponsor engagement, and strategic program leadership. * Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills. * Experience in program governance, risk management, and decision facilitation. * Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory). * Residency in Curitiba/Brazil or the region, with willingness to travel between countries as required. * Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; advanced degree preferred. * Resilient, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset. * Experience in global and multicultural project environments. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Up to R$27\.084,75 per month
