




Job Summary: This role involves verifying and resolving fuel station invoice demands, managing critical client issues, monitoring documents, and overseeing invoice collection and corrections. Monitoring of invoice collection and corrections RESPONSIBILITIES * Verify and resolve demands related to fuel station invoices; * Lead the resolution of issues involving critical clients; * Share and monitor spreadsheets and documents; * Monitor collection of pending invoices, clients' tax rules, reversals, and errors in submitted invoices; * Request invoice corrections. REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service, telemarketing, and/or administrative functions; * Proficiency with technology; * Good typing speed and communication skills.
