Team development and continuous improvement of financial processes Structure, organize, and lead the company's financial management, implementing processes, controls, and metrics that ensure financial predictability, security, and efficiency, while simultaneously supporting business growth through cash generation, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making support for senior management. **Strategic Financial Management** * Develop and monitor financial planning (short-, medium-, and long-term) * Structure projected and actual cash flow * Support strategic decisions with financial analysis (investments, expansion, costs) * Define financial policies and internal controls **Cash and Capital Management** * Ensure cash flow balance * Manage working capital * Control inflows and outflows with a strategic perspective * Mitigate financial risks **Analysis and Metrics** * Develop and monitor financial metrics (P&L, margin, EBITDA, break-even point) * Generate management reports for senior management * Identify opportunities to improve financial performance **Controls and Compliance** * Ensure financial organization and process compliance * Validate bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable * Ensure fulfillment of tax and financial obligations (in coordination with accounting) **Team Management** * Lead and develop the finance team * Structure efficient routines and processes * Monitor team performance and ensure productivity **Process Improvement** * Implement financial systems and automation (ERP, BI) * Standardize financial processes * Reduce rework and operational errors
