This professional will be responsible for leading and coordinating logistics operations, ensuring efficient material and product flow while guaranteeing quality, safety, cost reduction, and high operational performance. The role is strategic, involving team management, operational planning, supplier negotiation, and performance indicator analysis—directly contributing to business competitiveness and results. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate logistics team activities, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and employee development. * Plan and schedule logistics operations to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery. * Negotiate with suppliers and transportation providers to secure optimal commercial and operational terms. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions. * Ensure integrity, quality, and safety of materials and products in transit, in compliance with established standards and procedures. * Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and lead time improvement. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and operational fluidity. * Prepare managerial reports containing critical analyses and proposals for continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Solid experience in Logistics, particularly in operations management. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
