The mission is simple and clear: understand what the customer needs, sell the right product, and take advantage of additional sales opportunities (upselling). In addition to sales, the professional will also be responsible for keeping the store organized and always ready to deliver excellent service. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Serve customers in person at the store with politeness, efficiency, and a results-driven focus. * Identify the customer's actual needs and present suitable solutions through our products. * Perform additional sales (upselling) by offering complementary items that add value to the purchase. * Restock shelves whenever necessary, ensuring attractive product presentation and organization. * Carry out periodic cleaning and maintenance of the store environment (rotating among team members). * Work toward sales targets and continuously strive to improve sales performance. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in face-to-face sales or customer service. * Good communication skills, friendliness, and negotiation ability. * Ability to listen to customers and offer practical solutions. * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding the work environment. * Availability to work on-site.
