Job Summary: Provide operational support in production, focusing on organization, sorting, verification, and labeling of products to ensure traceability and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Follow internal procedures and safety regulations Provide operational support for production activities, focusing on **organization, sorting, verification, and assistance in the labeling process**, contributing to accurate product identification, traceability, organization of the production flow, and compliance with Moinho Sertão Forte’s quality standards. * Assist in the **sorting, organization, and control of labels** used in production. * Support the team in **verifying label information** (product, batch, date, weight, expiry date, etc., as applicable). * Support the **operational labeling process**, as directed by the department supervisor. * Maintain a **clean, organized, and standardized workplace**, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Assist with simple production operational tasks when requested, always under supervision. * Strictly follow **internal procedures, safety regulations, and leadership instructions**. * Immediately report any **irregularity, defect, or discrepancy** observed in the labeling process.
