Job Summary: This position supports production operational activities, focusing on organization, sorting, verification, and assistance in the labeling process to ensure correct product identification and traceability. Strict adherence to internal procedures and safety regulations Support production operational activities, with emphasis on **organization, sorting, verification, and assistance in the labeling process**, contributing to correct product identification, traceability, production flow organization, and compliance with Moinho Sertão Forte’s quality standards. * Assist in **sorting, organizing, and controlling labels** used in production. * Support the team in **verifying label information** (product, batch, date, weight, expiry date, etc., as applicable). * Support the **operational labeling process**, as directed by the department supervisor. * Maintain a **clean, organized, and standardized workplace**, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Assist in simple production operational tasks when requested, always under supervision. * Strictly follow **internal procedures, safety regulations, and leadership instructions**. * Immediately report any **irregularities, failures, or discrepancies** observed in the labeling process.
