Job Summary: A technical support professional to perform diagnosis, maintenance, and configuration of hardware and software, with on-site user support. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis and preventive/corrective maintenance of computers and laptops. 2. On-site technical support for hardware and software. 3. Installation and configuration of operating systems and tools. **Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnosis, preventive, and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops. * Replace and install hardware components (e.g., memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, expansion cards, etc.). * Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users for resolving hardware- and software-related incidents. * Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Must have a **personal vehicle and a valid driver's license (CNH)** for field travel. * Must have a **personal laptop**. * Must have a **smartphone** for communication and service recordkeeping. * Must possess **basic tools for laptop and desktop maintenance**. * Must have **at least five 32GB USB flash drives** for performing technical tasks.
