




**Description:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or related fields; Experience in the field is desirable; Focus on planning, control, and monitoring of construction projects, collaborating with engineering and field teams to ensure alignment among design, schedules, costs, and resources. Responsible for developing and analyzing schedules, S-curves, RSOs, and RDOs, as well as controlling documentation and photographic records of contractor activities across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. Conducts critical analyses of schedules, risks, and physical progress, proposing contingency and recovery plans when necessary. Supports procurement activities, including drafting descriptive memoranda, terms of reference, technical evaluation of proposals, and material tracking. Facilitates interdepartmental communication, leads weekly meetings with contractors, and promotes continuous improvement in planning processes. Ensures proper information management via GED, compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, adherence to company values and policies, as well as discipline in 5S and care for corporate assets. 2512220202491932547
