Main Responsibilities: — Design, analyze, and supervise air conditioning and climate control (HVAC) projects; — Size air conditioning systems (Split, VRF/VRV, Chiller, Self-contained, Fan Coil); — Supervise construction, installations, and commissioning; — Conduct thermal load studies; — Ensure compliance with technical standards (ABNT, ASHRAE, NRs); — Implement and monitor the Preventive Maintenance and Operational Control Plan (PMOC); — Provide technical support to preventive and corrective maintenance teams; — Prepare technical reports, opinions, and assessments; — Liaise with clients, suppliers, and inspection authorities. **Requirements** — Degree in Mechanical Engineering with active CREA registration; — Proven experience in climate control systems; — Proficiency in thermal calculation and design software (e.g., HAP, AutoCAD); — Knowledge of applicable technical standards and current legislation; — Willingness to travel within Minas Gerais; — Strong communication skills and analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** — Postgraduate degree or specialization in Air Conditioning / HVAC; — Experience managing outsourced contracts; — Experience in large-scale industrial, hospital, or commercial environments; — Knowledge of energy efficiency. **Benefits** — Market-competitive salary; — Meal Voucher / Food Allowance; — Transportation allowance or Transportation Voucher; — Opportunities for professional growth. 2601060202521944586
