Join us in this transformation! **Location: Iguaçu Saneamentos \- Francisco Beltrão, PR** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and coordinate predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring adherence to the proposed schedule and providing emergency response to operational needs, thereby guaranteeing proper sewage collection; * Monitor operational processes, overseeing scheduled activities of the maintenance/network expansion team for sewage systems, analyzing productivity and team effectiveness reports; * Comply with and enforce contractual targets, current performance indicators, and established budgets, controlling departmental revenues and expenses through cost reports, optimizing operational processes and procedures; * Organize work meetings to gather information regarding service execution and demands, providing technical support, monitoring operational methods and routines, aiming to standardize activities and processes; * Ensure and enforce safe, environmentally sound, highly productive, sustainable, and innovative operational practices by complying with policies and established standards; * Coordinate subcontracted teams’ service execution, verifying measurements of completed services and reporting findings to management; * Manage the area under responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and human resources; * Promote compliance with Sustainability (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health) norms and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Valid and permanent Driver’s License Category B; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is desirable.
