Join us in driving this transformation! **Location: Iguaçu Saneamentos \- Francisco Beltrão PR** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the backlog (outstanding services) of operational services using reports extracted from the system; * Control and management of technical operational inspections; * Monitoring of contractual and operational performance indicators; * Development of the department’s operational planning; * Monitor scheduling of internal and outsourced services, reporting information in the system; * Support field supervisors in quality inspection of operational services; * Assist in revenue control, preparation and timely submission of official letters; * Support the development of service schedules, timekeeping control, and vacation planning with team members; * Prepare and track purchase and service requisitions after manager approval; * Develop operational performance presentations; * Populate spreadsheets and reports for managerial reporting; * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Preferred: Technical or Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Preferred: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; Preferred: Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
