Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD); * Driver's license categories A/B and willingness to travel; * Preferred: Technical education in Building Construction or related fields; * Prior experience in Construction Planning and Team Management is a plus. Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of every individual to generate transformation! * Assess the feasibility of projects and commercial initiatives based on technical records and applicable regulations; * Supervise internal and third-party workers at construction sites and service fronts, assigning tasks according to demand, project requirements, and company safety and quality guidelines; * Size and guide work teams (internal and/or outsourced) to ensure activities are executed per the execution project and established schedule; * Size and control the use of equipment and materials employed in construction works; * Inspect the quality of completed work, verifying and validating measurements of outsourced services; * Report physical progress of construction works, validating site diaries with inspectors and preparing civil engineering projects as required; * Update periodic reports on the physical\-financial schedule status of construction works, developing and presenting departmental performance indicators; * Supervise areas under responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and personnel resources; * Operate company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring safety and compliance with traffic regulations; * Promote adherence to and implementation of Sustainability standards (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health — QSMS). * Prepare and update the department’s annual budget, maintaining historical data and records in corporate systems; * Control operational costs and monitor budget execution, ensuring alignment with established targets; * Support preparation of managerial reports and performance analyses to inform decision-making; * Participate in strategic planning for the department and in defining investment priorities; * Ensure organization and traceability of technical and administrative documentation, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards and legal requirements. 2512100202181756041
