Support in IT asset management and information security **Hybrid position, based in Curitiba/PR** **About the role:** We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to deliver user-facing technical support and assistance, ensuring the full functionality of the company's systems, equipment, and technological infrastructure. This professional will be responsible for delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support, maintaining IT resources, supporting IT asset management, and contributing to continuous improvement of departmental processes—all while upholding service quality and information security standards. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support (remote and on-site); * Supporting operating systems and networks; * Performing maintenance and installation of software, hardware, and printers; * Managing system access and user permissions; * Supporting IT asset inventory and management (hardware, software, and licenses); * Preparing equipment (installation, configuration, and formatting); * Assisting in identifying and resolving infrastructure-related incidents; * Developing and maintaining internal technology-related manuals and procedures; * Ensuring corporate information security best practices. Requirements: * Prior experience in Level 1 support; * Knowledge of infrastructure and microcomputing; * Basic knowledge of networking and information security; * Experience preparing equipment (installation and configuration); * Proficiency with Windows environments; * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Business (Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Automate) is desirable.
