We are seeking an Operations / Warehouse Coordinator to lead operational routines and ensure the organization, control, and efficiency of the company's logistics and inventory processes. ### **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate warehouse and logistics operations; * Control receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials; * Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct inventory counts; * Monitor operational KPIs and propose process improvements; * Lead and develop the operational team; * Control material entries and exits in the system; * Ensure organization, safety, and compliance with internal procedures; * Support internal departments in meeting operational demands. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in operations, inventory, or warehouse management; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. ### **Job Information:** * Employment type: CLT or PJ; * Working hours: Monday to Friday (business hours); * Location: Francisco Beltrão - Paraná; * Competitive market salary + benefits.
