Then join us and **CO-CREATE** as a Back End Developer II! **Your day\-to\-day challenges will include:** * Developing Java applications using Jakarta EE 10 (JSF, JPA, EJB, CDI) for WildFly and JBoss servers; * Solving complex problems (troubleshooting), identifying performance bottlenecks both in the application and in the database; * Ensuring code quality through detailed technical reviews (code reviews) and implementing robust unit and integration tests; * Actively collaborating in the technical definition of new features, translating business requirements into scalable software architectures; * Documenting technical architectures, sequence diagrams, and API specifications clearly for the team; * Interacting with stakeholders and customers to gather technical requirements and validate solutions. **We are looking for someone with:** * Advanced experience in Java and the Jakarta EE / Java EE ecosystem; * Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience with Oracle Database; * Experience with JPA/Hibernate, EJB, and CDI; * Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and security standards; * Advanced Git usage (branching strategies and pull requests) in a Bitbucket environment; * Experience with Clean Code, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns; * Experience with Docker and essential Linux commands; * Proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban); * Availability for hybrid work in Campinas. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of Liquibase for schema versioning; * Experience with application monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic); * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps) and orchestration with Kubernetes; * Knowledge of microservices and messaging systems (Kafka or RabbitMQ); * Oracle certification or specific experience in basic Data Administration (DBA); * Familiarity with PrimeFaces/JSF for maintaining legacy/monolithic systems. **CPQD offers:** * Daycare or babysitter allowance; * Unimed health insurance; * Uniodonto dental insurance; * Vidalink medication allowance; * Meal/food voucher; * Life insurance; * Pet health plan; * Vacation bonus above market standard; * Private pension plan; * WellHub; * Commuter bus service; * Free parking; * Payroll-deductible loans; * Birthday day off; * Holiday extension; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave; * Postgraduate support program; * Partnerships and agreements: facilitating options for health, leisure, culture, and education; * Internal programs: focused on development and well-being.
