Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** **DETAILS:** Location: Americana \- São Paulo Applications until: 05/20/2026 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Support company departments in complying with applicable occupational safety and health legislation * Assist in developing, disseminating, and implementing programs to meet legal requirements — such as the PGR (Risk Management Program), PPP (Occupational Profile Record), and support the Occupational Medicine team in developing the PCMSO (Occupational Health Surveillance Program) — through identification of risks to workers’ health and physical integrity, aiming to identify, control, eliminate, reduce, or neutralize them * Know, practice, and contribute to implementing and maintaining corporate safety, quality, and environmental programs within your area of responsibility * Develop and deliver occupational safety training, observing procedures, standards, and legal requirements * Conduct periodic audits of service providers to verify compliance with occupational safety and health procedures, standards, and legal requirements * Assist in accident analysis and investigation using appropriate methodology to correctly identify root causes and recommend preventive and corrective measures * Specify Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to risk, observing safety standards and current legal requirements * Assist in safety aspects during planning of high-risk work and monitor such activities during maintenance shutdowns and project execution * Authorize high-risk work, verifying environmental conditions, safety standards, and current legal requirements * Suggest and develop safety procedures or implement safety devices, or propose equipment and facility modifications to minimize/eliminate potential risk factors * Participate alongside Engineering in projects, considering safety and health aspects during design * Prepare statistical accident reports and occupational safety indicators * Maintain ongoing communication with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), fully valuing its observations, while also operating, training, and supporting it as required by NR-5 * Monitor unit-level safety indicators and implement action plans for improvement; monitor occupational health plans and company/unit health programs * Monitor health programs (PCA, PPR, etc.); know and practice SIG procedures and standards * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. Encourage proper use of PPE and exercise of the right to refuse unsafe work in cases of imminent serious risk, fostering proposals for control solutions.
