Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of fiber optic networks and telecommunications equipment, providing technical support and preparing reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks and equipment 2. Technical troubleshooting of networks and equipment 3. Technical support to customers and equipment configuration * Install and maintain fiber optic networks, structured cabling, and telecommunications equipment. * Identify and resolve technical issues in networks and equipment by performing tests and diagnostics. * Configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and modems. * Provide technical support to customers, resolving inquiries and issues related to internet services. * Install and configure internet access equipment, such as routers and modems, at customers' residences and businesses. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on networks and equipment to ensure service quality and availability. * Prepare technical reports on performed activities and identified issues. * Comply with technical standards and occupational safety regulations.
