Our commitment is to excellence, sustainability, and long-term development — both of our projects and our professionals. **Job Description** * Provide remote technical support (via telephone) to internal and external customers. * Assist in verifying hardware and software functionality. * Perform diagnosis and resolution of failures in industrial automation systems. * Support PLCs, HMIs, frequency inverters, and industrial networks. * Analyze and interpret faults, alarms, logs, and communication issues. * Manage support cases (CASES) end-to-end until final resolution. * Escalate technically complex issues to engineering, product teams, or higher-level support. * Contribute to system commissioning and startup through remote support. * Interpret electrical diagrams, network topologies, and technical documentation. * Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality. **Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in technical support and maintenance; * Basic English \- ability to read documentation; * Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of industrial automation; * Familiarity with Siemens PLCs (Step7 / TIA Portal); * Knowledge of HMIs and frequency inverters; * Familiarity with communication protocols: Ethernet / TCP\-IP, Profibus, (and, if applicable: Profinet, AS‑i, Modbus, etc.); * Ability to interpret electrical schematics; * Basic understanding of mechanics applied to automation. **Additional Information** **Some benefits for you to enjoy your journey with us! ✨** Meal Voucher.
