Acts in risk prevention, asset protection, and maintaining order at the workplace. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and oversee security and surveillance teams. * Conduct patrols and periodic inspections across all areas of the service post. * Ensure compliance with established safety and conduct standards. * Prepare incident and daily inspection reports. * Identify potential risks and propose preventive and corrective measures. * Monitor and verify staff schedules, attendance, and professional conduct. * Support incident investigations and implement necessary actions. * Maintain direct communication with supervision and the operations center. * Guide the team on security procedures and customer service protocols. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in related fields—e.g., Private Security Management—is desirable). * Certified Security Guard training (in accordance with current legislation). * Minimum two years’ prior experience in physical security. * Proficiency in report writing and clear communication. * Availability to work rotating shifts and varying hours.
