




Responsible for supervising, guiding, and inspecting activities related to physical and personal security, ensuring compliance with internal regulations, current legislation, and operational procedures. Acts in risk prevention, asset protection, and maintaining order at the workplace. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and oversee security and surveillance teams. * Conduct patrols and periodic inspections across all areas of the service post. * Ensure compliance with established safety and conduct standards. * Prepare incident and daily inspection reports. * Identify potential risks and propose preventive and corrective measures. * Monitor and verify staff schedules, attendance, and professional conduct. * Support incident investigations and implement necessary actions. * Maintain direct communication with supervision and the operations center. * Guide the team on security procedures and customer service protocols. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in related fields—e.g., Private Security Management—is desirable). * Certified Security Guard training (in accordance with current legislation). * Minimum two years’ prior experience in physical security. * Proficiency in report writing and clear communication. * Availability to work rotating shifts and varying hours.
