The assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Food Quality and Safety Management System, assisting in record control, document organization, basic monitoring, and internal routine execution, ensuring compliance with procedures, internal standards, and applicable requirements. Responsibilities: * Assist in controlling, organizing, archiving, and updating Quality records, forms, and documents. * Support recording inspections, monitoring activities, deviations, and nonconformities in applicable systems, as directed. * Assist in collecting samples of raw materials and finished products when requested, following internal procedures. * Support monitoring quality operational activities in production, laboratory, and logistics areas under supervision. * Support preparing documents and evidence for internal and external audits. * Assist in controlling and tracking Quality and Food Safety training (attendance lists, records, and evidence). * Comply with and reinforce Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety standards, and internal procedures. * Act in accordance with company and departmental policies, standards, and procedures. Qualifications: * Completed high school education. * Technical course in progress or completed in Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmacy, Quality Management, or related fields is preferred. \#LI\-LQ1
