Job Summary: We are looking for a software engineer with energy and passion, capable of designing, building, and delivering software while ensuring reliability and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain stable operations with observability and continuous deployment. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** Someone full of energy who is eager to join an engaged team that loves what they do and creates value for our customers along the way! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES** * Design, prototype, build, and deliver software based on customer requirements. * Instrument and monitor: events, performance metrics (latency, errors), and product metrics (feature usage) to ensure reliability and guide decision-making. * Collaborate with Product and Business teams to align requirements, validate hypotheses, and prioritize the roadmap. * Prototype, experiment, and iterate using feature flags, zero-downtime migrations, and A/B experiments. * Maintain stable operations: observability, continuous deployment, basic SRE (SLIs/SLOs), and incident resolution. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Comfortable using AI-powered code generation tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.), understanding their output, and capable of reviewing and refining it. * Strong foundation in software engineering. * Proficiency in best practices for performance, security, observability, and scalability. * Understands how each feature impacts business metrics and user experience. * Ability to formulate and validate hypotheses using data (discovery, funnels, A/B tests). **NICE TO HAVE** * Contributions to internal libraries, open-source projects, or technical communities. * Market and competitive awareness to differentiate the product. * History of personal projects or entrepreneurial experience. * Experience with event-driven architecture, serverless, or data-oriented systems. * Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish for collaboration with global teams. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, messaging systems, and CI/CD.
