Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying and managing occupational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Promote a safety culture within the organization **Main Responsibilities** * Identify, assess, and control occupational risks; * Manage and keep up to date legal Occupational Safety and Health programs (PGR, PCMSO, and related documents); * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), with focus on NR\-32; * Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE); * Conduct training sessions, onboarding, and Occupational Safety and Health campaigns; * Investigate accidents and incidents, developing corrective and preventive action plans; * Monitor the management of Health Services Waste (HSW); * Develop and track Occupational Safety and Health indicators; * Promote and strengthen a safety culture across the entire organization; * Prior experience in a hospital environment is desirable.
