Responsibilities and Duties The Junior Contract Analyst plays an essential day-to-day role, helping keep everything orderly, clear, and secure in our agreements. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the analysis and organization of contracts signed with customers, suppliers, and partners; * Monitoring contract validity periods, renewals, and key clauses; * Managing contract formalization, ensuring all documents are properly signed and correctly archived (physically or digitally); * Entering and maintaining up-to-date contract information in the company’s systems; * Interacting with departments such as Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Support to resolve queries and align contract details; * Assisting in reviewing basic terms to ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policy; * Suggesting improvements to contract-related processes and routines, focusing on agility and organization. Requirements and Qualifications * Basic knowledge of commercial and/or administrative contracts; * Experience with document management platforms or tools such as DocuSign, Clicksign, etc.; * Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Google Drive; * Exposure to management systems (ERP or CRM experience is a plus).
