This is a great opportunity to join our team seeking a leader to manage **Tier\-1** projects/programs for OEM customers within the Automotive segment. Project management requires a unique combination of project management skills, communication abilities, and passion for business and technology. As a member of the project management team, the **Project Manager** will be responsible for leading complex product development projects and promoting the business unit's lean development (LEAN) process. The professional will monitor project metrics and ensure they are on track for successful completion. Key responsibilities include: creating project schedules, executing programs according to PMO and customer standards, identifying/removing resource constraints, and presenting project summaries to management, customers, and other stakeholders. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** ------------------------ * Manage complex, highly visible, and high-exposure projects; * Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality requirements; manage schedules, budgets, and team performance; * Conduct project phase reviews (Gate Reviews); * Coordinate product, process, and project changes with stakeholders; * Build and maintain strong relationships with Automotive OEM and Tier\-1 customers; * Identify cost reduction opportunities and new project prospects; * Resolve conflicts and define escalation paths; * Promote best practices in project management across the organization; * Ensure compliance with scope, timelines, and budget; * Serve as the go-to expert for project management best practices within TE. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; * +10 years of experience in projects, product development, and/or automotive manufacturing; * PMP certification required; * Agile Scrum certification desirable; * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (plastic injection, plating, stamping, machining, etc.); * Experience at an automotive Tier\-1 supplier (a plus); * Advanced knowledge of: IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6\.3, DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM, and APQP; * Experience with project management software (MS Project, Planisware, etc.); * Experience in change and risk management; * Solid international experience is desirable; * Fluent English, advanced Spanish, and strong interpersonal communication skills; * Willingness to travel (10–25%); * Preferred qualifications: SAP, Six Sigma, and Lean experience; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bragança Paulista \- SP \#LI\-HYBRID * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; * +10 years of experience in projects, product development, and/or automotive manufacturing; * PMP certification required; * Agile Scrum certification desirable; * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (plastic injection, plating, stamping, machining, etc.); * Experience at an automotive Tier\-1 supplier (a plus); * Advanced knowledge of: IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6\.3, DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM, and APQP; * Experience with project management software (MS Project, Planisware, etc.); * Experience in change and risk management; * Solid international experience is desirable; * Fluent English, advanced Spanish, and strong interpersonal communication skills; * Willingness to travel (10–25%); * Preferred qualifications: SAP, Six Sigma, and Lean experience; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bragança Paulista \- SP \#LI\-HYBRID
