Emphasis on safety, 5S, and optimization of production processes. **Job Description** =================== **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of motors, generators, and subassemblies, including pre\-assembly, finishing, and part preparation; * Carry out coil winding, insulation, assembly, and connection, as well as rotor and stator bedding; * Operate CNC and conventional machines, and perform stamping, pressing, bandaging, balancing, and welding activities (as qualified); * Conduct measurements, visual inspections, and electrical tests, ensuring strict completion of production records and self-inspection documentation. * Operate material handling devices such as hoists, manipulators, and overhead cranes, adhering to safety regulations; * Strictly comply with safety procedures, 5S, and autonomous maintenance; * Identify production process deviations and propose improvement opportunities to optimize results. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work the shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
