Here at Ascenty, we are looking for a **DCOC Analyst** to join our team and make a difference! * **Education**: Completed High School. * **Desirable:** English or Spanish proficiency (a plus) * **Working Hours:** 12x36 shift, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM * **Code**: AN.DCOC.VIN **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate 24x7 monitoring, handling alarms and incidents via BMS, CSM, ITSM systems, phone calls, and emergency channels; * Follow Operation Center processes, ensuring high-quality monitoring, alarm configuration, log verification, and adherence to procedures; * Triage and track alarm occurrences until full resolution; * Perform operational response to alarm-related situations, escalating when necessary, in compliance with established SLAs and SLOs; * Investigate potential problems, respond to emergencies and urgent situations, and address alarms generated by tools per established procedures; * Monitor departmental service levels (ticket SLA, call SLA, resolver team SLO); * Prepare reports and collaborate with site security analysts on alarm responses; * Execute assigned tasks, daily checklists, and generate operational indicators. **Previous Experience:** * Experience in mission-critical environments; * Experience in incident response and vulnerability analysis; * Knowledge of alarm monitoring and incident response.
