Join us on this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and Duties** **We count on you to:** * Monitor product/input demand by analyzing historical data and market trends; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms regarding price, delivery timelines, and product quality; * Manage supplier contracts and process purchase orders according to company needs; * Identify and assess supply-related risks, such as delivery delays or quality issues; * Communicate regularly with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve issues; * Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields; * Experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain; * Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and quotation processes; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques and supplier management; * English proficiency preferred. **Additional Information** **Work location:** * Paulínia/SP. **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **What benefits do we offer?** * Transportation allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health insurance plan with no monthly premium for employees, including co-payment for exams and consultations; * Dental insurance plan with co-payment for the monthly premium; * Life insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible meal/food allowance; * SESC partnership; * Physical health program – TotalPass; * Day Off – Healthcare professionals; * Childcare allowance (per internal policy).
