Comprehensive support across various administrative areas. **ADMINISTRATIVE INTERNSHIP \- PROCUREMENT** **Job Description:** Assist in administrative routines, especially in procurement. Enter information into the corporate system. Provide administrative support for document control, telephone reception, file organization, and general administrative routine activities. **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in procurement routines (preparing quotations and purchase orders, submitting orders for approval, receiving goods, verifying and entering invoices into the corporate system); \- Complete spreadsheets; \- Verify pending invoices; \- Prepare reports; \- Control approvals and send orders to suppliers; \- Organize files; \- Inventory control; \- Support administrative routines across all departments. **Qualifications:** \- Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Administration; \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Competencies / Skills** Organization, willingness to learn, work quality, proactivity, verbal/written communication, teamwork, adherence to deadlines. **Salary: To be negotiated** **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, food basket, annual profit-sharing (if hired permanently).
