Here at Ascenty, we are looking for a **Planning and Control Engineer** to join our team and make a difference! * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Production), Administration, or related fields; * **Language:** Advanced English/Spanish (Preferred) * **Work Location:** Vinhedo/SP (Hybrid model – 3 days on-site) * **Working Hours:** Administrative – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Abbreviation:** ENG.PLA.CON. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6; * Plan and control costs, schedules, and resources, ensuring compliance with established KPIs; * Monitor activity execution alongside multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning); * Support the development and control of WBSs and integrated schedules; * Monitor risks and jointly develop mitigation plans with technical and management teams; * Prepare management reports and executive presentations containing strategic project information; * Ensure integration and periodic updates of data in Power BI and other management tools; * Support contract management, controlling contractual milestones and physical and financial progress measurements; * Participate in follow-up meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure traceability of decisions. **Previous Experience:** * Proven experience in project planning and control within infrastructure, civil construction, renewable energy, or data center deployment; * Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6; * Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI is a plus); * Familiarity with methodologies such as FEL, AWP, PMBOK, or Lean Construction is a plus.
